Though compact in footprint, carefully crafted built-in furniture create a sense of generosity — a window seat for two doubles as dining seating, and a cosy nook beneath the stairs, surrounded by bookshelves, forms another quiet zone. With solar panels, UPVC joinery, and cork flooring, this small bach rebuild embraces sustainable design with an easy Piha spirit.
