An exceptionally steep location with 'The View' necessitated a compact, carefully designed, and straightforwardly constructed home that embraced the dramatic landscape for Jane and her family. The compact floor plan feels beautifully spacious through its varying connections to the exterior and the creation of different zones within the open plan living area. The house is two parts, the base contains two bedrooms and a bathroom while the SIPs box (upper level) includes the main living spaces and bedroom.
